The world's biggest air show opens its doors to the public on Friday for three days, featuring spectacular demonstrations of cutting-edge planes and displays of 140 aircraft, including a handful of fighter jets and the superjumbo carrier Airbus 380. More than 400,000 people are expected to attend. Images and soundbites.
